1. What TradePilot AI is

TradePilot AI is a decision-support tool: it scans crypto futures markets, generates algorithmic/AI signals and analysis, and provides trade-management guidance. It is not a broker, exchange, fund manager or financial adviser, and it never executes trades or holds your funds.

Risk warning: Crypto futures trading with leverage involves a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose your entire capital. Signals can be wrong. Any measured or historical performance shown in the app or on this website does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for every trading decision and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account may be used on a limited number of devices.
If you connect exchange API keys, you must use read-only keys. We are not liable for keys created with broader permissions.

3. Subscription, trial & billing

TradePilot AI offers one paid plan billed monthly (price shown in the app at purchase time).
New accounts receive one free trial. The trial is granted once per person/device; creating new accounts to obtain repeat trials is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or the app-store's refund policy.

4. Fair use

You may not resell, scrape, redistribute or publicly rebroadcast signals or data from the service; reverse-engineer the service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. AI chat is for your personal trading use.

5. No financial advice

All content — signals, scores, AI committee verdicts, chat responses, analytics — is generated by software for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

6. Availability & liability

The service depends on third parties (exchange APIs, cloud hosting, AI providers) and is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or interrupt features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (including trial abuse or signal redistribution).

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
